The Sargent 10XU65 Privacy/Bathroom function lockset has an L Rose, a 2 3/4″ Backset, a 4 7/8″ Strike, and is Grade 1 Heavy Duty. Sargent 10XU65 is available in US26D Satin Chrome, US10B Oxidized Dull Bronze, and BSP Black Suede Powder Coat Finish.

It doesn’t simply meet ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance standards for durability, strength and performance, it exceeds them – by as much as 20 times.
